Having overcome Fibromyalgia in 1988 with Louise Hay’s You Can Heal Your Life Plus other tools, this class was formed to share these tools to facilitate health and growth.

Learn to Nurture Yourself in 2019 is a monthly two hour class offered three times & two locations. Sign up for class which will be your regular class. If you can’t cone to that class one one month you can attend one of the other classes.

September 24: Putting ideas to work: A plan, Power of Commitment, letting go.
October 22: Relationships, Work
November 26 : Empowerment, the Male-Female within.,Intuition & Creativity.

Life experience:Occupational Therapist since 1970 work with all ages and issues.. Self healing from Fibromyalgia, Chronic pain syndrome, Degenerative Joint Disease, from a fall in ‘85, TMJ, Anxiety, and 12 step recovery since 88. Grief recovery from loss of family and friends. Facilitator of healing with many ages and issues sharing what works. Therapeutic exercise, Nutrition, Meditation, Massage, Reiki , Craniosacral, Somatic Emotional Release, Myofacial Pain Release , The Life Line Technique, Peruvian Shaman Healing.and Locked Stress Release.
Objective: Seeking clients who want to prevent disease or change dis-ease into health. Train clients in meditation, denials, affirmations, communicate with body to release beliefs and patterns that support disease, & learn to open up to the healing mind body and soul to support wellness.
Facilitator of Self Healing by:Teaching Reiki 1,11 &111, A 24 hr. Counsel and Teach to Love and Nurture Yourself Through Change/Growth, Healing and Self Empowerment Class , Book studies. Reiki Clinic: Monday nite 7-9 at Unity Spiritual Center since 10-97 to present. Treatment of clients in Out patient Clinics, Assisted Living as a Wholistic Occupational Therapist , Reiki, Reiki Massage, Craniosacral, Somatic Emotional Release , Myofacial Pain Release, Ergonomics, and Therapeutic Exercise. Ergonomic training for companies to prevent myofacial disease. Shamanic Journeying, and Soul Retrieval. Peruvian Shaman Healing, the Life Line Technique, and Locked Stress Release.

Reiki is a spiritual healing energy. It’s source is the Universal Life Force /Divine which we have been attuned to. Reiki energy flows from the Divine through the practitioner’s heart to their hands directly to the client. Reiki Promotes body harmony by balancing the different energies on the physical,emotional,and spiritual levels. it works well to release stress and free up the lymphatic system to release toxins in the body so that the body is in a place where it can heal.
